Position Summary:
The Patient Outcomes and Technology Analyst supports the PCA team by managing CRM and phone systems, analyzing health data, and providing insights to improve patient care. Acting as a liaison between PCA, Client Management, and Data & Analytics, this role ensures accurate data utilization and requires technical expertise, analytics, and collaboration to drive informed decisions.

What you will do:

Tool and Technology Management: 
•    Oversee the implementation, configuration, updates, and performance of Salesforce HealthCloud, phone systems, and other relevant tools utilized by the PCA team
•    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of all tools and technologies
•    Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure that all tools are functioning properly and are aligned with team objectives

Data Analysis and Reporting: 
•    Work closely with the PCA team to ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient interactions within Salesforce HealthCloud and other relevant systems
•    Analyze data from patient care interactions to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
•    Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to design and implement reporting frameworks that measure key outcomes, member satisfaction, and operational efficiencies
•    Develop and deliver regular dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analysis to key stakeholders, including the PCA and Client Management teams, to inform decision-making

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: 
•    Monitor the performance of tools and technology, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements based on user feedback and analytics
•    Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to tool usage, process efficiency, and health outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
•    Provide ongoing support and training to the PCA and Client Management teams on best practices for using the tools and interpreting data


Collaboration and Cross-Functional Engagement: 
•    Serve as the primary point of contact between the PCA team, Client Management team, and Data & Analytics team for data-related initiatives
•    Facilitate communication and knowledge-sharing between teams to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are aligned on goals, expectations, and performance metrics
•    Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to help optimize patient care strategies

What you need:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field
•    2+ years of experience in a data-centric role, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy benefits management
•    Experience working with Salesforce HealthCloud or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
•    Familiarity with healthcare data standards and patient outcome measurement is a plus
•    Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
•    Experience with data integration and management across multiple platforms and systems
•    Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on improving workflows and technology performance
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
•    Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
•    Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
•    Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
•    Passion for using data to drive improvements in healthcare and patient outcomes
