We’re looking for a friendly, high-energy, organized Veterinary Assistant to join our squad. You’ll play a huge role in leveling up patient care while building real connections with clients (and yes… you’ll get paid to hang out with adorable pets all day).

What You’ll Be Doing (aka your main character responsibilities):

• Be the go-to for client communication + education—breaking things down in a way that actually makes sense
• Carry out doctor-recommended treatment plans and help keep patients on track
• Safely restrain and handle pets during exams and treatments (keeping them comfy + stress-free)
• Assist with exams, procedures, and surgeries—from prep to recovery
• Monitor patient vitals and report updates to the doctor/team
• Prep exam rooms, clean/sterilize equipment, and keep everything looking sharp
• Help with lab work (running tests, collecting samples, etc.)
• Support pharmacy tasks like filling medications and explaining how to use them
• Jump in wherever needed—appointments, check-ins, discharges—you name it
• Work side-by-side with your team to deliver consistent, top-tier patient care
• Keep things positive, calm, and supportive—even when it’s busy (because it will get busy)

What We’re Looking For:

• Genuine passion for animal care + helping pet parents feel confident
• Strong communication skills (you know how to read the room and explain things clearly)
• Positive, can-do attitude with a touch of professionalism
• Experience in the veterinary field is a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
