
Infrastructure Privileged Access Management Tool Engineer
You Are:
The Infrastructure Privileged Access Management (PAM) Tool Engineer will be a member of the AFS Information Technology (IT) Identity PAM team. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining AFS's privileged access management solution.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, test, and maintain the organization's privileged access management solution.
- Collaborate with AFS Security and Identity teams to ensure alignment with AFS policies and standards.
- Monitor and analyze privileged user activity to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and controls.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the PAM solution.
- Provide operational support to end-users.
- Assist in training end-users as a subject matter expert.
Here's What You Need:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- 1+ years of experience with Privileged Access Management tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, HashiCorp).
- 1+ years of IT platform fundamentals experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience delivering and sustaining technical solutions and managing a support team.
- Experience with LDAP and directory services, application servers, operating systems, and basic network infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle regarding privileged accounts and their usage.
- Advanced understanding of troubleshooting and configuring Privileged applications, Privileged ID Management, and API integrations.

- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, status reporting, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Federal NIST standards and guidelines.
- 1+ years of experience working on agile/scrum teams.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify potential areas for improvement and make recommendations.
- Ability to develop strong professional relationships with team members.
- Customer service skills.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
