You are:
An Individual with in-depth knowledge of SCRM controls found within NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5, FedRAMP REV 5, NIST SP 800-161 REV 1 Overlay controls and control enhancements for identifying and managing supply chain risks. Responsible for tracking SCRM regulations to keep AFS compliant across current and new regulatory policies within AFS business risk tolerance needs. Responsible for managing and tracking SCRM audits (Internal and External) to include all forms of documentation, detailed processes, and managing controls with other AFS Stakeholders.
The work:
- Support compliance with SCRM requirements for AFS’ FedRAMP solutions, Client delivery projects as well as AFS Enterprise boundary as applicable
- Support AFS compliance with SCRM requirements in solicitations, contracts, and regulations
- Support Internal and External Audits related to SCRM controls
- Respond to SCRM RFIs and questionnaires in Solicitations and Contract Awards
- Respond to SCRM Contract clause mods
- Support any 3PAO/C3PAO audits and new SCRM requirements for NIST SP 800-172, EO 14028, etc.
- Work with SCRM leadership to validate and deploy SCRM tools for efficiency
- Develop/update AFS enterprise SCRM policy, standards, procedures
Here’s what you need:
- 10+ years of experience
- Deep knowledge of SCRM controls in NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5, FedRAMP REV 5 and NIST SP 800-161 REV 1 Overlay controls and control enhancements for identifying and managing supply chain risks.
- Good understanding of SCRM policies
- Experience with developing a shared responsibility model and matrix that delineates control implementation responsibility between enterprise SCRM Program and various related stakeholders.
- Ability to write policy and contractual needs for SCRM
- Experience working with stakeholders
- Experience leading small teams
