
Talent Connector
The Talent Connector role is pivotal in aligning the best-fit candidates to open staffing roles within the company. By utilizing skills as our common currency, you will help build optimal project teams and support individuals in achieving their career goals.
Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with and manage open demand in myScheduling to align people with open roles using demand prioritization.
- Engage with project executives to understand their skill needs, timing, and assist in candidate decision-making.
- Collaborate with Project Executives to identify alternative fulfillment channels when necessary.
- Partner with HR to gain deeper insights into our people’s skills, aspirations, and availability.
- Ensure high-quality demand data and accuracy of all assignments through demand quality checks and triage.
- Monitor staffing metrics and work with the team to address any gaps.
- Create ad hoc reports as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands effectively.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with HR and project management teams.
- 3 years of experience in an HR role, or equivalent staffing experience

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
