
Talent Scout Associate Manager
Talent Scouts proactively identify and solution complex talent needs and facilitate the connection of people to projects on current and future client demand, being an advocate to the client portfolio. Provide “hands on” support for the more complex needs, creatively connect people to projects. Build relationships with Project Solution Architects and Portfolio HR Business Partners to ensure strong teams are established for projects.
Connections
- Connect people to projects for large/complex client ramp-ups as the business requires (attend key calls, generate metrics, direct Talent Connector team).
- Provide expertise around connecting people to projects for client teams across internal and external sources (internal, recruiting, contractors, up-skilling).
- Provide transparency to opportunities and the demand pipeline and discuss priorities and current/future fulfillment gaps with HR and AFS leadership.
- Proactively define, review and validate project sourcing strategies.
- Connect with client teams to provide aggregate client delivery opportunities and risks and help resolve fulfillment of overdue roles.
Conversations
- Work closely with the Portfolio leadership to verify prioritization of talent needs and ensure early visibility to demand pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architects and Client Executives to give input to sourcing plans, including guidance on risks and opportunities.
- Actively participate in the New Business Meetings and leverage the information on upcoming demand to proactively inform talent actions.
- Foster a culture of ONE HR Team by collaborating closely with Portfolio HR Business Partners, Supply/Demand leads, Talent Connectors and HR Partners, and sharing expertise and coaching with Talent Connectors to build their decision making, collaboration and problem solving skills.

Here's What You Need:
- 4 years of experience in an HR role, or equivalent staffing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with project executives
- Ability to multitask and balance competing team priorities

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
