THE ROLE
The Senior Manager, Retention Product is responsible for creating 360 customer experiences that foster member loyalty and improve customer retention. This person will be expected to be strategic, creative, and analytical with the ability to confidently lead highly XF initiatives.
We are looking for somebody who will gain a deep understanding of our members by partnering closely with our customer insights, customer happiness, and analytics teams. They will then design a roadmap and implement solutions targeted at solving our top customer problems through digital and physical touchpoints. Through A/B testing and experimentation, the Senior Manager, Retention Product will make informed decisions to better the AG1 member experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Gain a thorough understanding of our customer and business and build out a product roadmap that aligns with our goals.
- Get buy-in from senior leaders and XF partners by delivering compelling arguments, using data and insights, to support Retention Product initiatives.
- Manage the development of new products from V0 to full GTM launch at scale by partnering closely with both technical and non-technical business partners.
- Own the creation of product briefs, specs, and systems to drive a highly efficient product development process.
- Define A/B tests and hypotheses, analyze results, and recommend next steps in partnership with our analytics business partners.
- Work closely with our technical product managers and supply chain leaders to prioritize initiatives and manage work needed from XF partners.
- Identify new opportunities by running brainstorms that include a diverse set of stakeholders across the business.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- 5-7 years experience in Product Management or Product Marketing.
- Analytical individual with SQL proficiency.
- Excellent storyteller, strong written and oral communicator.
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing.
- Decisiveness and proactiveness: you understand that we need to move quickly and that starts by making decisions, owning them and iterating when required.
- Ability to run effective brainstorms that generate high quality ideas.
- Experience writing user stories and collaborating with engineers.
- Experience working with supply chain and operations teams.
- Exceptional at breaking down technical problems and systems.
- Entrepreneurial in spirit; somebody who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $110,000 - $135,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
