THE ROLE

AG1 is seeking a creative and visionary Manager, Social Content to join our Brand team. This role will report to the Director, Social and will be pivotal in developing and executing engaging visual content strategies that resonate with our audience across social media platforms. This role will lead the production of high-quality photography and video content, including editing, that enhances the narrative of the AG1 brand and drives audience engagement

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and execute photography and video content strategies across social channels that aligns with brand objectives and engages our target audience 
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging platforms, testing innovative content formats and techniques to keep our bran at the forefront of social media marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling photo and video content for various social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and quality
  • Partner with teams including Community and Creator Partnerships to create and plan for leveraging content from activations and IRL events for use on social media. 
  • Oversee all phases of content creation, from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling that  reflects the brand's voice and identity
  • Manage video editing and photography tasks to produce high-quality content for campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to refine content strategies and maximize engagement and reach
  • Work with internal photographer and videographer production team to enhance content production capabilities, as needed 
  • Collaborate with the Director, Social to implement and optimize overall social media strategy

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of experience in social media content creation, photography, or videography, preferably within a brand or agency setting
  • Strong portfolio showcasing photography and video work that demonstrates creativity and brand alignment
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • An eye for visual branding and a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement 
  • Experience in analyzing social media performance, using data-driven insights to inform content strategy and optimize engagement 
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and emerging platforms
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $85,000 - $110,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
