THE ROLE
AG1 is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Manager, Activation Content Production to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role will be responsible for capturing content from live brand activations and IRL programming, which will be used to engage larger online audiences and amplify our presence on social media. The Senior Manager, Activation Content Production will collaborate closely with the Brand and Community teams to document our events, programming and initiatives, delivering content that showcases how we show up in real life and how that is translated to our digital platforms. This role will shape the overall content strategy for brand activations, ensuring consistency, innovation and high-impact storytelling that resonates across multiple channels.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the capture of photo and video content during brand activations, live events, and other IRL programming
- Ensure that footage is aligned with our brand messaging and visually compelling for both organic and social media distribution
- Collaborate closely with the Community team to understand the goals and strategies behind brand activations, translating their efforts into impactful visual stories
- Develop and oversee content production timelines, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards of assets for social media, website, and other digital platforms
- Coordinate planning with internal teams for the smooth execution of day of video and photography capture
- Ensure content is optimized for organic social channels such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, driving higher engagement and visibility for our brand across platforms
- Play a key role in developing strategies for repurposing and amplifying content from activations to maximize lifespan, engagement and reach
- Partner with the Social Media, Creative, and Brand teams to create content strategies that maximize reach and impact and ensure alignment with the broader marketing and brand objectives
- Stay on top of social media and content production trends to ensure our content is fresh, innovative, and keeps us ahead in the market
- Manage the post-production process, working with editors and other stakeholders to finalize content that meets quality and brand standards
- Travel to various brand activations and events, overseeing content capture, and ensuring we showcase how we show up in real life to engage with consumers
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5-7 years of experience in content production, video production, or related roles, preferably with a focus on live events or brand activations
- Expertise in social media platforms and content trends, especially in producing organic social media content
- Proven leadership experience in overseeing content production teams or processes, with a track record of delivering successful projects
- Strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture and ensure all content aligns with the brands overarching marketing goals
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple production timelines
- Experience with video production, photography, and post-production processes
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams like Community, Creative, and Brand
- A passion for storytelling and amplifying brand messages through innovative content
- Willingness to travel to attend and cover events and activations

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $110,000 - $134,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
