Bold is looking for a Clinical Ops & Strategy Lead to spearhead the development and execution of our virtual care services. This is an amazing opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded builder who wants to change the way care is delivered to older adults.

To help us achieve our mission, we are looking to hire a Clinical Ops & Strategy Lead to help run clinical operations, optimize patient and provider experiences, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborate with Bold’s cross-functional leadership team to scale these services effectively. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Santa Monica and will report to the CEO.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance telehealth operations, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day virtual care activities, including scheduling, patient engagement, and provider coordination. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership & Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance, and other departments to support organizational initiatives. Over time, this lead will manage the process to recruit, train, and lead a multidisciplinary team comprising clinical and administrative staff.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to HIPAA, state licensing requirements, and other relevant regulations.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with Bold’s product and engineering teams to implement and optimize telehealth platforms and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a patient-centric approach that centers the importance of enhancing patient experience and outcomes through virtual care.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a telehealth or digital health setting. Strong understanding of telehealth technologies and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and scaling healthcare services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

Compensation: 

We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn between $155-170K annually. The exact salary will depend on the amount of relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role. You will also receive meaningful equity in the form of a stock option grant.
