About the Role: WITHIN, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a Paid Media Manager to join our innovative team. We pride ourselves on breaking down silos within the marketing industry, and are looking for a candidate who excels at both client relationship management and possesses an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day skills involved in digital marketing across multiple channels and platforms.

As a Paid Media Manager, you will work closely with our cross-functional strategists, overseeing campaigns across various channels and ensuring the successful execution of all digital marketing initiatives. Your exceptional communication and people management skills will be essential in fostering strong relationships with our clients and guiding our team of strategists towards continued growth and success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Manage and mentor a team of cross-functional digital marketing strategists
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, search, display, email, etc.)
  • Proactively dive into every channel and platform to understand the day-to-day details, driving campaign success and team development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and goals are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and implement innovative digital marketing strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Continuously refine and improve internal processes to drive team efficiency and performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in platform running campaigns
    • 2 years of experience on Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads minimum
  • Agency experience highly preferred
  • Solid background in digital marketing in multiple channels (e.g., social media, search, display, email, etc.)
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-performing digital marketing teams
  • Exceptional client relationship management, communication, and people management skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Fluency in English is required

Base salary based on education, experience, and skills level ($63,900-$203,500)

  • Level 1 - $63,900-$85,000
    • Possesses essential capabilities.
  • Level 2 - $85,000-$90,000
    • Possesses developing capabilities.
  • Level 3 - $90,000-$102,5000
    • Possesses notable capabilities.
  • Level 4 - $102,500-$130,000
    • Possesses strong capabilities.
  • Level 5 - $130,000-$166,750
    • Possesses advanced capabilities.
  • Level 6 - $166,750-$203,500
    • Possesses distinguished capabilities.
