About the Role: The Ad Operations Specialist role is designed to train you comprehensively across the most commonly used digital marketing platforms, such as Facebook and Google, while also giving you experience with data reporting & analytics. 

Career Path: If an Ad Ops Specialist clearly demonstrates this proficiency, and proficiency in verbal communication, the Specialist can be promoted to become a Digital Media Strategist: this is a client-facing role that works towards becoming an Account Manager.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Building digital advertisements and campaigns across all major platforms (Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TheTradeDesk, DV360, etc) using client’s creative assets and specific guidelines for custom tracking codes and naming conventions
  • Creating detailed reporting of client customer and marketing data
  • Performing quantitative analysis on paid media performance to derive insights
  • Managing ad creative 
  • Implementing proprietary technology and best practices 

Note: This is not a data analyst position. Data modeling will not be a part of this job's primary responsibilities 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience 
  • Desire to work in a deadline - oriented environment 
  • Strong resourcefulness
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Strong math/data analysis skills 
  • Full professional proficiency of the English language and strong communication skills 

Nice to haves 

  • Experience working on digital marketing platforms: Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TheTradeDesk, DV360
  • Storytelling ability to translate data into actionable insights

Growth Path:

  1. Starting as an Ad Operations Specialist, you will gain comprehensive training across major digital marketing platforms and data analytics.

  2. Starting at the 1 year mark, demonstrating proficiency and strong communication skills can lead to a promotion to Digital Media Strategist, a client-facing role that can further advance to becoming an Account Manager.

  3. As an Account Manager, you will manage client relationships, oversee campaign strategy and execution, and ensure client goals are met and exceeded, driving overall account success.

  • Logic assessment on Basic data analytics & problem-solving assessment via Google Sheets
