About the role: WITHIN is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Media Strategist to support our Amazon account management efforts. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity, ideal for recent college graduates eager to start their careers in retail media, specifically on Amazon. In this role, you'll work alongside our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience in Seller Central and Vendor Central operations, supporting client communications, and building foundational skills in Amazon account management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Assisting with inventory forecasting, shipment creation in Seller Central, resolving shipment discrepancies, and coordinating with 3PLs.
- Tracking and responding to customer reviews, collaborating with Seller Support to resolve issues efficiently.
- Supporting merchandising initiatives aimed at driving sales.
- Conducting keyword research for campaign creation and listing optimization.
- Assisting in updating weekly data and performance reports using Google Sheets.
- Helping to create and optimize advertising campaigns.
- Assisting with promotion setup in Seller Central.
- Supporting ASIN creation, variation setup, and ongoing updates using Amazon flat files.
- Taking notes during client calls and helping to follow up on deliverables.
- Helping to manage brand store updates and assisting in A+ content creation.
- Contributing to ad-hoc performance analyses for advertising and sales.
Must Have Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Excel functions such as pivot tables and vlookup, as well as Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable in a client-supporting role.
- Attention to detail with demonstrated ability to execute tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- An introductory understanding of Seller Central or Vendor Central is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
