About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Support Specialist to provide essential support to our accounts team. This role is ideal for a highly dependable and task-focused individual looking to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced team environment. The Accounts Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting with technical and administrative tasks to help maintain smooth operations and enhance project efficiency. This position is not client-facing and is designed for a hands-on, task-heavy role without a defined growth plan.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Coordinate with our network of creators to ensure timely delivery of assets and adherence to project specifications.
  • Track deadlines, organize to-do lists, and keep project management tools up-to-date.
  • Assist with building and managing ads on paid social platforms.
  • Conduct moderate data analysis to support reporting needs.
  • Create presentation materials to be reviewed by senior account staff for client meetings.
  • Perform other support tasks as needed to ensure the account team’s operations run efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to build reports, manage data, and use social media ad platforms.
  • Strong accuracy and thoroughness in task execution.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple project elements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with the internal team and creator network.
  • Ability to develop practical solutions for task-related issues and adapt to changes efficiently.
  • Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently in a supportive role.

Experience Preferred:

  • Experience in customer service environments.
  • Familiarity with the operations of a creative or marketing agency is advantageous.
