Google Ad Senior Manager

About the Role

WITHIN is looking for a hands-on Senior Google Ads Manager to lead Google advertising strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You’ll stay close to the work in-platform while helping teams make better decisions about campaign structure, bidding, measurement, and growth. This role calls for someone who can solve complex account challenges and raise the Google Ads capability of the broader team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Google Ads strategy and remain directly involved in managing and optimizing Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Oversee performance across several client accounts, connecting campaign decisions to each client’s business goals.
  • Guide the use of value-based bidding, enhanced conversions, and conversion data; identify and resolve measurement gaps with relevant partners.
  • Develop testing plans, investigate performance changes, and make clear recommendations backed by results.
  • Advise clients and internal stakeholders on opportunities, tradeoffs, and priorities.
  • Coach teammates, review their work, and establish effective ways of working across accounts.
  • Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account teams on product feeds, ads, landing pages, and broader growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience across multiple clients, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Deep knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding strategies, and conversion measurement.
  • A track record of improving client outcomes and explaining the decisions behind those results.
  • Experience teaching or mentoring other practitioners while continuing to run accounts yourself.
  • Strong judgment, client communication, and ability to prioritize across a varied portfolio.

Level 1 - $95,000-$100,000

  • Entry Level - Meets qualifications on a minimum basis

Level 2 - $100,000-$120,000

  • Junior Level - Exceeds qualifications on a moderate basis

Level 3 - $120,000-$130,000

  • Middle Level - Exceeds qualifications on a strong basis

Level 4 - $130,000-$140,000

  • Advanced Level - Exceeds qualifications on an extensive or advanced basis
