Senior Programmatic Strategist

About the Role

WITHIN is looking for a hands-on Senior Programmatic Strategist to support a specific client’s programmatic and digital commerce work. Reporting to the Programmatic Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day execution in The Trade Desk and other demand-side platforms (DSPs), monitor performance, and turn campaign data into clear actions. We want someone who can contribute immediately with existing platform experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize the client’s programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and other DSPs.
  • Translate campaign goals into audience, inventory, budget, bidding, and measurement decisions in partnership with the Programmatic Manager.
  • Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance; investigate issues and make timely optimizations.
  • Own assigned work for the client and coordinate related execution with the team.
  • Apply quality checks to campaign setup, tracking, and reporting before and after launch.
  • Analyze results, develop tests, and communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and the client team.
  • Work closely with the Programmatic Manager and cross-functional partners to keep client work on schedule and aligned with objectives.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of direct, hands-on experience running programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and at least one other DSP.
  • Ability to independently set up, troubleshoot, optimize, and report on live campaigns with limited platform training.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying, campaign pacing, audience targeting, bidding, and performance measurement.
  • Experience managing details and priorities for a client account in a fast-moving team environment.
  • Clear communication skills and sound judgment when explaining performance and recommended next steps.
  • Availability to work in person at a WITHIN LATAM office.
