Pay: Starting at $18.00–$19.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Second Shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM) | Occasional overtime as needed

At Re-Bath, we are looking for hands-on, dependable individuals who enjoy building, creating, and working in a team-oriented environment. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality components used in our bathroom remodeling projects.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate plastic thermoforming machines.
- Load and inspect plastic materials prior to processing.
- Monitor machine performance and identify defects or malfunctions.
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Complete required quality assurance documentation.
- Perform minor machine maintenance as needed.
- Communicate scrap, defects, or equipment concerns to leadership.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Comfortable working with your hands in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute to a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience.
- Experience working in a production or industrial environment.
- Experience performing quality inspections or quality assurance documentation.
