Delivery Manager - Networking

The role
Agile Six is looking for Delivery Managers for anticipated roles on our cross-functional agile teams. Our partners include: the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and others. At Agile Six, Delivery Managers support multiple 5-8 person product team(s). Each team is comprised of Agile Six employees and people from trusted partner firms. We seek Delivery Managers who:

Responsibilities
- Facilitate development of a positive team dynamic, collaborating with your team to build a safe and trusting environment
- Monitor, identify, and address conflict, integrating company support and resources as needed
- Help the team maintain a pace of delivery that is effective for the customer, and sustainable for the team within a complex environment
- Bring out the best in team mates by leading by example, explaining the positive impact of our work, and driving positive outcomes for users
- Remove or guide the team to remove impediments
- Facilitate progress without coercion, assigning, or dictating
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and effectively, both with team member and with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fulfill all reporting and contractual requirements
- Assess and assist in the mitigation of risk through collaboration, risk tracking, and problem solving
- Support the practice of delivery within the larger company as needed through activities such as:
- Assisting in outreach, recruitment, and hiring efforts
- Occasionally participating in or otherwise supporting business development efforts, including code or design challenges, writing or reviewing proposal responses, etc.
- Participating in communities of practice
- We expect the responsibilities of this position to shift and grow organically over time, in response to considerations such as the unique strengths and interests of the selected candidate and other team members and an evolving understanding of the delivery environment
Basic Qualifications
- Experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master
- Experience as a member of an Agile scrum team
- Demonstrated experience with complex projects, navigating multiple stakeholder relationships, and is solution driven
- In-depth knowledge and application of Agile principles and practices
- Have lived and worked in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years
Additional desired qualifications
- Experience working with government agencies
- Certified Scrum Master Certification

Salary and Sixer Benefits
To promote pay equity, we publish a salary for each position. We are posting this job in anticipation of future openings on our team, and do not have a position open at this time. That said, below is an estimated salary in line with our current ranges:
- Delivery Manager I: $109,931
- Delivery Manager II: $132,316
- Senior Delivery Manager III: $151,157
- Senior Delivery Manager IV: $164,991
