AGILE is headquartered in Durango, CO with a facility in Mount Pleasant, PA and growing presence in Tulsa, OK. The CEO, CFO and CCO are based around Boulder, CO.
About the Role
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will consolidate, analyze, and clarify cross-functional data to support decision-making across Agile’s leadership, finance, and program management teams. You’ll gather data from multiple stakeholders, define meaningful metrics, build reports and dashboards, and deliver actionable insights into program, workforce, and business performance.
This is a strategic, problem-solving role. You will proactively identify what data and metrics the organization needs, standardize definitions across teams, and make information accessible and understandable for all stakeholders. You will play a critical role in communicating insights to senior leadership, presenting complex data in clear, concise formats to support executive decision-making.
In addition to delivering insights, you will drive improvements in the processes and tools that support reporting and decision-making. This includes streamlining data collection, enhancing data quality, and recommending or implementing better solutions for managing and visualizing data.
Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint, Excel, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is required. A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial data structures will be valuable in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and consolidate data from Program Management, Finance, Procurement, Personnel, Manufacturing, and other departments.
- Define, develop, and maintain meaningful, standardized metrics and reporting frameworks.
- Build custom dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support program reviews, workforce planning, and executive decision-making.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate complex data into executive-ready insights and communicate findings to leadership.
- Clarify and align metrics and definitions across teams to ensure data consistency and transparency.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Democratize data access by designing reports and dashboards that are intuitive and accessible to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve data quality, reporting workflows, and business intelligence tools.
- Support Project Management by owning consolidated forecast spreadsheets, validating actuals against budgets, and helping standardize labor and cost forecasting across programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in financial data analysis, business intelligence, or cross-functional data analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience working with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting structures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Aerospace, Defense, or Government contracting environments.
- Familiarity with GAAP and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R for financial or business data manipulation.
- Experience working with APIs or integration tools to connect data sources (ERP, HRIS, etc.).
- Familiarity with BI process automation tools (Power Automate, Alteryx, or similar).
- Experience supporting cross-functional data alignment and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting program or project managers with forecast consolidation, budget validation, or cost reporting in a matrixed or cross-functional environment.

Remote - U.S.-based candidates only. Preference for those near Durango, CO or open to occasional on-site visits.

Work Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $89,600-130,800
The posted salary band reflects the compensation range for candidates located in Colorado, in compliance with Colorado state law. If you are located in another state, please contact HR to inquire about the applicable compensation band, as requirements may vary by jurisdiction.
Remote Status: Yes – with occasional on-site support in Durango, CO
