THE ROLE 

Key Responsibilities 

The Project Manager role is a vital position within Agilisys in which you will manage and deliver multiple projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met. 

Specific Duties 

In this role, you will: 

• Create and maintain project plans to track progress and deliverables. 

• Develop and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs to monitor project challenges and opportunities. 

• Produce relevant governance reports in partnership with the Project Management Resource Office (PMRO). 

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in project billing processes. 

• Draft statements of work with the support of technical experts to define project scopes. 

• Create and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for projects. 

• Ensure compliance with deal review requirements to align with organizational standards. 

• Form and lead high performing project teams ensuring the highest quality deliverables. 

• Lead customer and Agilisys project stakeholder engagement at all levels. 

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and provide supervision/coaching for junior Project Managers and PMRO team members.

The Ideal Candidate 

• Experience & Knowledge: 

• 5+ years of experience demonstrating excellence in managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. 

• Proven ability to create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and governance documentation. 

• Commercial awareness and experience of managing large project budgets. 

• Experience managing compliance requirements and deal reviews. 

• Ability to supervise junior project management professionals and matrix manage resource teams. 

• Certifications: 

• OGC P3O (Foundation).  

• Prince 2 / Prince 2 Agile (Practitioner) or equivalent. 

• ITIL Managing Professional  

• BCS Agile Foundation or equivalent.  

• Microsoft Certification (Applied).  

• APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ).  

• Microsoft Office proficiency.  

• Skills: 

• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and opportunities. 

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. 

• Ability to adapt and perform in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
