The Project Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Project Management function, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and remain on schedule. This role supports planning, coordination, documentation, and communication across project teams while assisting in tracking progress, identifying risks, and maintaining alignment with project objectives.
- Provide day-to-day support to Project Managers, assisting with project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Monitor project timelines, activities, and deliverables using project management tools, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates, issues, and risks to project managers and stakeholders, offering recommendations where appropriate.
- Participate in project meetings, document key outcomes, and support follow-up actions.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment across team members to keep workflows on track.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of materials.
- Prepare and manage project communications, including proposals, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and clarify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Support budget tracking by monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Identify potential project issues and assist in developing solutions to maintain project continuity.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, ADO, or Confluence preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders
