About the role

Agoda is looking for an efficient and analytical Marketing Specialist to join Pulse Marketing Team. The team plays a critical role in Agoda’s ongoing growth by developing both central and locally-driven campaign strategies. The Marketing Specialist will regularly need to coordinate and collaborate with other teams within the Marketing departments and across Agoda (with Supply, Brand, Language, etc.) to efficiently implement campaigns at a global scale. Interpersonal skills and attention to detail are required. The Marketing Team also fosters a great learning environment. You will be able to learn and grow by working closely with experts from a variety of backgrounds from all over the world.

Some typical activities that you will be hands-on:

• Process management and design: you will be the person in charge of pulse marketing processes, and over time will be tasked with optimizing existing ones or creating new ones, along with associated training material and documentation. 

• Campaign implementation: our team manages various campaigns across different suppliers and products, and often creates more. You will take ownership of some of those, maintain, and monitor them. 

• Cross-team collaboration: you’ll work with many different stakeholders from across the basis and the globe daily.

• Test and measure: you will think about new test ideas and collaborate on how to refine them.

What you’ll need to succeed: 

• Great work ethic - you will do whatever it takes to deliver a growth mindset effort

• Willingness and ability to learn: not just execute, but also see how you can always become more efficient 

• Confidence to express an opinion, speak up your ideas, and manage various stakeholders 

• Good command of the English language, both written and verbal 

• Experience in Excel / MS office suite is a must

It’s great if you have: 

• Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus 

• Bachelor Degree or higher from top universities in economics, statistics, engineering, finance, business administration or marketing subject

• Experience with campaign implementation
