Agoda is a global leader in online travel, leveraging data and technology to deliver exceptional value to millions of travelers and partners. Our Key Accounts team is responsible for driving strategic growth and innovation with our most important partners. 
We are seeking a Business Owner to lead change management for adoption of machine learning frameworks that needs a candidate with strong project / stakeholder management, hands on with SQL , basic data analysis skills and communication skills

What You’ll Do

 

  • Project manage the end-to-end build and deployment of machine learning models that optimize pricing and automate operations-heavy processes
     
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and commercial leaders to design, build, and implement ML solutions
     
  • Independently conduct business-as-usual (BAU) analyses, and present actionable findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including department heads and key account leaders.
     
  • Support and lead cross-functional projects to improve partner performance, pricing competitiveness, and operational efficiency.
     
  • Be the subject matter expert on pricing and internal operations tools relevant to the role

 

Must Have

  • Over 8 years of direct experience leading high-visibility change management projects in the tech industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal / powerpoint slides)
  • Ownership with bias for action mindset

Good to Have

  • Basic understanding of genAI
  • Open-ness to learn Tableau
