• Review accounts receivable transactions, monitor aging reports, and proactively follow up with partners to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Propose and implement process improvements and system enhancements to continuously increase the efficiency and effectiveness of accounts receivable processes.
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, to address significant issues, track progress, and resolve problems.
• Prepare and present regular AR performance reports and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint for management and stakeholders.
• Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from financial systems to support AR analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
• Handle ad hoc issues and projects as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint, with a strong analytical mindset to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Dynamic and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a multinational company and/or the e-commerce industry is an advantage. • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, prioritization, proactive approach, and teamwork, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
