Supply is a team of creative entrepreneurs who design tailored business and product solutions for our partners and help them generate incremental value. Our team members are empowered and supported to grow their market(s) or accounts. We develop win-win relationships and leverage Agoda’s unique accommodations portfolio and tech solutions to bring our partners the advantages they seek. Utilizing our strong brand and resources, we roll out new products to increase Agoda's visibility, introduce more travelers to our great products and services, and deliver significant revenues to the overall business.

The opportunity: 

Learn scaled account management and operations by assisting the operations team in optimizing efficiency and various tasks. You will be able to learn how to prepare reports, roll out experiments, and improve processes. The intern will get a chance to gain operational experience, focus on supporting required tasks for upcoming campaigns, and understand how scaled account management and ops work in one of the world’s fastest-growing tech companies.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Support project management of new key initiatives in areas of operational revenue opportunities and team efficiencies
  • Increase operational efficiencies and revenue increases within the Supply Team and inter-department workflows
  • Support and optimize Supply Team tools
  • Become a specialist in Agoda tools and seek ways to support the performance of the team and customers
  • Provide the team and the management with regular, constructive, and relevant feedback
  • Strong analytical skills to develop reporting and systems for internal use

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
  • Available to participate in the internship program from 25th of May to 31st July 2026 (10-week program)
  • Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of Database Management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, Tableau)
  • Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong numerical acumen
  • Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment

It's great if you have: 

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business and Management (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, and others), Humanities and Social Sciences (Liberal Arts, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, Economics, and others) or Communication and Information (Communication, Journalism, Information Technology Management, and others)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel: Formulas, Functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF), Macros, and VBA programming for automation
