Get to know our team:  

The Corporate Strategy team works directly with Agoda’s management team to provide business critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into high-impact opportunities.

The opportunity: 

Gain hands-on experience in market analysis, business evaluation, and strategic planning within a leading organization. As a Corporate Strategy Intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, providing you with broad exposure to various business functions and decision-making processes. You will have the chance to contribute to high-impact projects that directly influence the company’s growth and direction, while developing and strengthening your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Through real-world assignments and mentorship from experienced professionals, you will build a strong foundation for a future career in corporate strategy, consulting, or business development in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Conduct comprehensive research and in-depth analysis on market trends, industry competitors, and emerging business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and evaluation of strategic recommendations aimed at driving company growth and enhancing competitive positioning.
  • Prepare clear, compelling, and data-driven presentations and reports for senior leadership, effectively communicating complex findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including finance, marketing, operations, and product development—to gather insights, align on objectives, and contribute to the successful execution of high-impact projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic workshops, contributing innovative ideas and perspectives to ongoing and future initiatives.
  • Monitor and track the progress of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

 

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
  • Available to participate in the internship program from 22nd of May to 31st July 2026 (10-week program)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Formulas and functions
  • Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms
  • Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment

It's great if you have: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Formulas and functions
  • Knowledge of Financial modeling and analysis
