Get to know our team:
Commercial and Corporate legal team are responsible for almost all of the revenue generating legal work in Agoda. The team comprises litigation/disputes, regulatory, contracting, B2B and competition. At the heart of the business - the talented team provide commercial advice across Agoda.
The opportunity:
Work at the intersection of law, technology, and innovation. You will gain hands-on experience by contributing to a variety of projects, including the development of cutting-edge AI tools designed to streamline and enhance the contracting process. This role will allow you to collaborate with experienced legal professionals, deepen your understanding of procurement and technology law, and actively participate in initiatives that drive efficiency and transformation within the organization. In this role, you'll get to:
- Provide support for a variety of procurement and technology legal projects
- Assist in the development and implementation of AI tools to improve contracting efficiency
- Review and analyze a range of legal agreements
- Support the creation and delivery of legal training materials and sessions
- Help facilitate the adoption and effective use of AI tools across the legal team
- Collaborate with legal professionals on innovative projects and process improvements
What you'll need to succeed:
- Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
- Available to participate in the internship program from 22nd of May to 31st July 2026 (10-week program)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms
- Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong numerical acumen
- Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Formulas and functions
