Agoda’s Tech Talent Acquisition team hires the engineers who build products used by millions. As our hiring volume grows, we’re strengthening how recruitment works end‑to‑end — from requisition to offer — so it’s faster, clearer, and less manual.
The opportunity
As a Tech TA Process Improvement Intern, you’ll map how we hire, uncover friction points, and recommend practical improvements that save time and improve experience for candidates and stakeholders. You’ll collaborate across recruiting, sourcing, coordination, hiring managers, reward/compensation, and onboarding/visa handoffs, and present your insights to leadership.
What you’ll do
- Map the Tech hiring process (Req creation to Offer acceptance/handoff) in Visio with clear roles, handoffs, and SLAs.
- Interview stakeholders and observe workflows to spot manual steps and bottlenecks.
- Analyse data from Greenhouse, GoodTime, HackerRank, and Workday to quantify delays and rework.
- Audit communications and templates; recommend standardisation and system‑loading.
- Build a prioritised improvement plan with short‑, mid‑, and long‑term recommendations.
- Create executive‑ready documents and present your findings to leadership.
What you’ll bring
- Currently enrolled as a 3rd‑year student or below; Thai citizen; available 25 May–31 July 2026 (full‑time, on‑site).
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking; proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to speed up research and drafting.
- Clear communicator who enjoys stakeholder interviews and synthesising insights.
- Curiosity, ownership, and a bias for practical solutions.
It’s great if you have
- Experience with process mapping (Visio or similar) and basic data analysis.
- Exposure to ATS/HR systems or workflow tools (Greenhouse, GoodTime, HackerRank, Workday).
- Interest in recruitment operations, service design, or continuous improvement.
