Rocket Travel by Agoda is a team of creative entrepreneurs that develop solutions for Agoda’s and other Booking Holdings brands’ non-accommodation partners and promote our top and bottom-line growth. We design tailored business and product solutions with our partners and help them generate measurable value. Members of our team are empowered and supported to grow their market(s) or accounts. We develop win-win relationships and leverage Agoda’s and Booking Holdings’ unique travel product portfolio and tech solutions to bring our partners the advantages they seek.  Utilizing our strong brand and resources, we build new channels to increase the visibility of Agoda and the other group companies, introduce more travelers to our great products and service and deliver significant profits to the overall business. 

The Opportunity:

Get to optimize some of the SP Growth team’s key success drivers that will unlock additional growth with RTA’s B2B partners

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Generate economies of scale through implementing new ways we manage large portfolios of partners
• Facilitate collaboration and effective coordination across various Agoda departments and teams within RTA to achieve project milestones and support business initiatives. Uncover opportunities, analyze issues, identify risks, and propose solutions to be implemented
• Support projects aimed at improving and maintaining operational KPIs that directly contribute to our bottom line 
• Define and design action plans for initiatives in partnership with management team
• Resolve problems through data analysis and effectively communicate your findings
• Ensure calibration between project teams and other stakeholders as well as provide efficient and regular reporting to management
• Participate in the operational flow configuration, analysis aimed at improving processes, activity automation, and implementation of new product improvement. This is a hands-on position requiring independent data analysis using tools such as SQL, various BI platforms such as Tableau, Metabase and Superset, and/or build on a simplified JavaScript tool. Success in this role requires a strong combination of technical, analytical, project management, and communication skills.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
• Available to participate in the internship program from 25th of May to 31st July 2026 (10-week program)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Formulas and functions
• Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms
• Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong numerical acumen
• Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment 

It's great if you have: 

• Proficiency in SQL and programming knowledge is highly advantageous
