The Opportunity:
The People Onboarding Coordinator will be a key player in ensuring that our onboarding operation activities, are met within the prescribed SLAs, from offer acceptance to Day One. This role will suit an individual with high degree of proactiveness, creativity, a “can-do” attitude and service mind. You will be co-managing the delivery of our operational work & other initiatives, while also highly involved in building and maintaining a seamless onboarding process for employees.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Facilitate timely and accurate end-to-end onboarding processes, including arranging employment offer and contracts, immigration documents, Workday onboarding set up, executing background checks, and conducting orientation sessions, in line with the intended Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Contribute to Global Mobility coordination when required, such as supporting relocation-related matters, coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors on defined mobility steps, and ensuring relevant data and processes are updated accurately in conjunction with the GMOB team.
- Act as a central point of contact for People Operations queries, providing clear and timely guidance to employees, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, and other relevant stakeholders on the operational processes, policies, employment terms, and required documentation.
- Own and maintain high-quality employee data and documentation, including accurate and timely updates in the systems (e.g., Workday), and proper digital filing and record management in line with internal controls.
- Support HR lifecycle processes beyond onboarding, such as probation confirmations, contract renewals, job changes, terminations, and other employee status changes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Create warm and welcoming experiences for new hires, ensuring they receive clear and straightforward information before joining.
- Uphold a strong ethical standard, recognizing the importance of confidentiality and security in handling sensitive data.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related fields. 1-2 years’ work experience is a plus; fresh grads are also welcome.
- Strong organizational skills; time management; attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and multi-cultural group of professionals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
It's Great if you have:
- Experience working in an HR role
- Knowledge in Thailand or other countries’ labor laws.
- Experience working with either MS. Offices, Greenhouse, Zendesk, and/or Workday
