Get To Know Our Team
The Global Service Delivery (GSD) team is responsible for Agoda's office infrastructure and staff connectivity. We provide the hardware, software, and access to resources that allow staff to achieve their goals. We operate in 10 different countries, providing 24/7 support to all Agoda employees. Whether in the office, working remotely, or traveling, we enable everyone to stay connected. The GSD team uses state-of-the-art cloud management technologies combined with the best on-site services to manage the latest hardware running Windows, macOS, and Linux.
The Opportunity:
Agoda is using a wide range of systems and tools like Workday, Zendesk, Greenhouse, etc. to support its People operations' fast-moving pace and dynamic workforce needs globally. We are looking for a People Technology Specialist (Integrations) to drive projects and implement solutions at scale to simplify work, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize business processes. In this role, you will be a key driver of Agoda’s People Technology strategy, owning critical integrations and automations that directly impact every employee’s experience. You’ll work at the intersection of HR, Payroll, and Technology, with the freedom to innovate and the scale to see your solutions make a measurable difference
In This Role, You'll Get To:

Drive People Technology integration projects that aims innovation, scaling, continuous improvements and HR transformation.

Own and lead Agoda’s Payroll integration roadmap, shaping how core HR and Payroll systems work together across countries and products.

Design and build solutions using Workday and other tools, integrating with platforms such as Zendesk, Greenhouse, Oracle, and additional Agoda Tech Stack.

Optimize existing automated solutions to improve efficiency and create leaner process

Partner closely with key business stakeholders (Payroll, FinSys, People Technology, BI Dev) to assess technology needs and feasibility, align priorities and manage timelines, and drive end-to-end delivery from design through testing and deployment.

Explore creative and out-of-the-box solutions to solve complex business problems, work around system limitations, and design scalable, future-proof architectures.

Implement, test, and launch major system enhancements, ensuring quality, stability, and a smooth change experience for end users.

Collaborate with our solutions/engineering teams to design and implement custom applications and tools that extend Workday and our People Tech ecosystem.

Mentor and coach more junior team members, sharing best practices and elevating the overall technical capabilities of the team.

Lead system-related trainings and demos for Agoda employees and People Team end-users, driving adoption of new tools, features, and ways of working.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
-
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience
-
Proven track record leading technical implementations for payroll integration rollouts, specifically using PECI
-
Strong expertise with Workday integration and reporting tools, including Workday EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, BIRT, RaaS, and REST/SOAP API-based integrations

Solid knowledge of Workday Core HCM and other key functional/technical areas, such as Business Processes, Security, and system configuration

Deep understanding of integration design patterns, error handling, and Workday data models

Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, proactively identifying and resolving edge cases, dependencies, and potential risks

Strong team player with a high sense of ownership, bringing subject-matter expertise while collaborating to solve complex issues
-
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvements to simplify processes, increase scalability, and reduce operational complexity
-
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams
-
Ability to leverage data and analytics to generate insights and support effective decision-making
-
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
