About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Junior Hotel Tax Compliance Coordinator for a 2-month fixed-term contract. This role will focus on contacting hotels to collect and verify their tax registration codes, ensuring our database remains accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.

This role is to be based out of Vietnam only. No visa/ relocation provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact hotels via phone and email to request tax registration codes
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and data collected
  • Follow up with hotels to ensure timely responses
  • Update internal systems with verified tax information
  • Escalate any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor
  • Prepare regular progress reports on outreach activities

Requirements

  • College degree (any discipline)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with hotel representatives and building professional relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus
