The Compensation & Benefits team at Agoda has been instrumental in launching innovative compensation & benefits programs, providing key insights to managers, and working with our Management to build a world-class company. Agoda has experienced dramatic growth and as we attract more talent, we are looking for an analytical, business-oriented, individual who can identify new solutions to attract and retain our global employee base. We are looking for someone who has experienced in job architecture, and thrives in analyzing and communicating data efficiently.
The ideal candidate will report to the Total Rewards Director and work alongside a high-performing team, partnering closely with Talent acquisition, HRBPs, and business leaders across Agoda. You will shape compensation strategy for a globally scaling Tech company, drive pay-for-performance frameworks and job architecture evolution.
This role is based in our Bangkok office which is in the heart of the city, on a hybrid mode and flexibility with no full-remote options/other city options; we welcome both local and international applications for this role.
This position is open to both local and international candidates with relocation support available for eligible candidates to help ensure a smooth transition to working and living in Bangkok.
What you’ll do:

Strategic compensation design and implementation

Design, implement and evolve compensation frameworks across Agoda businesses, especially on pay-for-performance models and compensation budgeting

Lead the compensation review cycles with accuracy, efficiency, and effective rewards communications

Develop and enhance job architecture frameworks to ensure consistency and fairness

Business partnerships

Partner effectively with business leaders and other stakeholders to address rewards problems; provide innovative and practical solutions.

Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership through well-structure presentations, and reports

Analytical review

Conduct and review compensation benchmarking analysis to ensure competitive, fair and effective compensation packages

Manage personnel cost insights in alignment with financial planning

Identify opportunities to improve process and simplify complexity

What you need:

At least 5 years of work experience

A background in Compensation, Job architecture, job evaluation and is high desirable

Proven, deep analytic and problem-solving skills

Great stakeholders management, able to engage in a strategic discussion with senior management stakeholders
