Role Details
As a Sr. Manager, Supply Strategy at Rocket Travel, you will represent Rocket Supply internally and externally, lead strategic initiatives, and improve supply performance across flight, hotel, car, and insurance verticals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and scope new supply programs using data analysis, supply experience, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Estimate opportunity size with finance to support prioritization and present proposals to product, commercial, legal, and finance teams.
- Develop project plans and coordinate cross-functional work to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
- Present project progress and results to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support the launch of White Label partners by ensuring supply requirements are planned and operational at launch.
- Manage supplier partnerships across flight, hotel, car, and insurance: build relationships, review performance, and work to meet KPIs.
- Own resolution of supply escalations: triage issues, determine root cause and impact, and define scalable solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel rate distribution systems and support execution of rate distribution strategy changes.
- Define measurable quarterly goals, report results, and iterate on programs using data-driven insights.
- Produce regular reporting on bookings, pricing, availability, ranking, and property conversion.
About you
- About 7+ years of relevant experience in travel supply, B2B2C travel, or supply management preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and move projects forward.
- Clear written and verbal communicator who can synthesize complex information for varied audiences.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities across teams.
- Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders and external partners.
- Customer-focused: able to identify and solve pain points for travelers, suppliers, partners, and colleagues.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Goal-oriented with experience setting measurable monthly and quarterly objectives and negotiating outcomes that balance stakeholder needs.
- Curious and growth-minded, open to feedback and diverse perspectives.
- Comfortable with resourceful problem-solving in a small-team environment.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.
The annual salary range for the Chicago area is $105,000 - $158,000.
