The opportunity:
The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in people inclusion by supporting project management for inclusion initiatives, coordinating inclusivity campaigns, and partnering with stakeholders across departments and external partners. This role involves close collaboration with the Inclusion Specialist to help plan, execute, and measure the impact of ongoing inclusion programs and company-wide activities.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Support project management for inclusion initiatives, including timeline tracking, stakeholder coordination, and task follow-ups.
- Work cross-functionally to consolidate inclusion-related inputs from various departments, structure the information clearly, and assist with basic analysis to inform program decisions.
- Conduct research and competitive benchmarking on inclusion best practices, diversity programs, and employee resource group activities to gather insights that inform strategy.
- Support ongoing inclusion campaigns and company-wide events by managing logistics, providing day-to-day administrative assistance, and creating outreach and communications materials.
- Assist with measurement and reporting, helping to collect and organize participation and impact data for program evaluation.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
- Available to participate in the internship program from 22nd of May to 31st July 2026 (10-week program)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms
- Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment
It's great if you have:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel: Formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
- Proven interest or academic experience in people inclusion, diversity & inclusion, organizational behavior, HR, social impact, or related fields.
