In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Builds and owns the long-term relationship (through proactive and reactive engagement) between Agoda and their strategic and/or key accounts (comprised of top producing hotel partners).  

  • Be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the performance of their accounts, typically from a portfolio of the top producing properties for the country  

  • Proactively engages Agoda's supply partners, utilizing exemplary Strategic Account Management (SAM) approaches and practices to drive mutual growth and maximize value.  

  • Actively manages supply partners, providing consultative services and tailor-made solutions to hotel partners to improve mutual revenue growth.  

  • Demonstrates a data driven and consultative approach to prioritizing tasks and delivering pitches that lead to high conversion for each hotel partner.  

  • Maintains meaningful & high-frequency engagement with supply partners, including a minimum of one face-to-face interaction a quarter.  

  • Responds to the needs and requests of hotel partners in a timely and effective manner.  

  • Is capable of handling both input and output KPIs and achieves their individual KPIs with minimal supervision from an Area Manager.  

What you’ll Need to Succeed: 

  • Bachelor’s degree  

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and/or account management  

  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both external / internal stakeholders  

  • Experience in internet/e-commerce preferred  

  • Ability to convince  senior stakeholders with insight from data  and problem-solving skills 

  • Team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic  

  • Proven success in acquiring, building & maintaining long term customer relationships  

  • Adapts well to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Ability to create new, innovative ideas, and drive workstream to create impact from those ideas.  

  • Strong Proficiency in English  

It’s great if you have:
