Get To Know Our Team:
The Supply department is the B2B division within Agoda that connects with our external partners to ensure the supply of accommodations, flights, and activities. Within Supply, the Central Management Office team has been established to strengthen the backbone of the Supply team in various aspects, including project management for both internal Supply and Supply-led cross-department projects.
The Opportunity:
This is a high-impact PMO role sitting at the heart of the Supply Central Management Office, working directly with senior leadership to drive coordination, structure, and execution across complex cross-functional initiatives. The role offers unique exposure to C-level stakeholders and the opportunity to build processes from the ground up in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a central coordination point across cross-functional teams, managing issue identification, escalation, and resolution end-to-end.
- Proactively monitor and consolidate inputs from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring timely detection and response.
- Support the Sr. Manager in driving action plans forward, ensuring all relevant teams execute their responsibilities effectively.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive tracker to monitor progress, action items, and resolution status across all workstreams.
- Design and operationalize SOPs for undefined or evolving processes, ensuring they are clear, auditable, and scalable.
- Set up and manage a regular reporting cadence, including preparing concise summary reports and updates for C-level executives and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular review meetings, ensuring clear communication, ownership, and accountability among all involved teams.
- Ensure all activities are well-documented and aligned with company policies and best practices.
- Continuously improve monitoring and reporting processes, incorporating feedback and lessons learned.
- Support the development and implementation of mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business, project management, or a related field.
- Experience in project management, preferably in a multinational or cross-functional environment, C-level office, or management consulting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to report project updates clearly and succinctly to different levels of management.
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to drive accountability and push back when needed.
- Highly structured thinker with sharp attention to detail, able to synthesize information from multiple sources into a clear and actionable picture.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment under time pressure.
- High level of proficiency with the MS Office Suite, especially in preparing professional slide decks and efficiently managing large volumes of tasks and emails.
- An agile, self-starter mentality with the ability to learn quickly, react promptly, and organize yourself and others in a less structured, fast-paced environment.
- The drive, speed, and creativity to not only execute assigned tasks, but also proactively generate ideas and create improvements for the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing or operationalizing SOPs for new or undefined processes.
- Analytical and quantitative skills that allow you to generate hypotheses and insights from large datasets using BI tools or internal databases.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar.
- Experience in the hotel, travel, or OTA industry.
