Get to Know Our Team

The North America Supply team manages one of Agoda’s most strategically important regional portfolios. As part of Booking Holdings, we operate at the intersection of multiple organizations — coordinating across central functions in Bangkok and partner brands to deliver growth, operational excellence, and commercial alignment for our North American hotel partners.

Our team thrives on cross-functional collaboration, working with Product, Partner Programs, Finance, Legal, Supply Operations, Analytics, and Connectivity teams to ensure our region’s unique requirements are consistently represented in global strategy and execution.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Regional Operations & Strategy based in Bangkok to serve as the central coordination hub between our North America regional leadership team (US-based) and the many Bangkok-headquartered central functions that support the region.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who excels at connecting the dots across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You will be the on-ground integrator who ensures alignment between a remote regional team and headquarters — driving programs forward, maintaining operational rhythm, and enabling senior leaders to focus on strategy.

This role combines program managementoperations excellencecross-functional coordination, and business intelligence in a fast-moving, multi-company environment.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

Program Coordination & Operational Rhythm

  • Own and drive the regional operations cadence — maintaining consolidated trackers, producing weekly status digests, and ensuring cross-functional workstreams move forward with clear ownership and timelines
  • Manage action items across multiple concurrent programs, proactively identifying blockers and driving resolution
  • Serve as the connective tissue between regional leadership and central teams — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

  • Represent the North America region in Bangkok-based forums, working sessions, and cross-functional discussions
  • Act as a trusted liaison between regional stakeholders (US-based) and central teams (Bangkok-based) — translating context, priorities, and constraints in both directions
  • Facilitate workshops, syncs, and working sessions across organizations with different processes, tools, and terminology
  • Build strong working relationships with Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Partner Programs teams

Partner Programs & Operations Support

  • Coordinate operational delivery for partner-facing programs — triaging requests, tracking progress, and ensuring quality and timeliness
  • Support program alignment across multiple brands within Booking Holdings, ensuring consistent execution and communication
  • Monitor and improve operational workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce friction

Compliance & Governance Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics and delivery interfaces for compliance-related programs (tax, payments, regulatory) — scheduling, data collection, and cross-team alignment
  • Monitor global rollouts and partner communications for regional compliance, flagging issues proactively
  • Maintain documentation and process standards that ensure the region operates within established governance frameworks

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks that provide visibility on regional performance and initiative progress
  • Execute data analysis to support leadership decision-making — pulling metrics, reconciling definitions across systems, and producing clear summaries
  • Support cross-company reporting needs where metrics, definitions, or data structures differ between organizations

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 7–10+ years of experience in operations management, program/project management, strategy, or management consulting — ideally in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple teams, geographies, and organizational boundaries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable working with data to answer business questions and build reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with data manipulation and executive-level reporting
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience with BI/data visualization tools (Tableau, Superset, Power BI, or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) — able to produce concise summaries, bridge different organizational contexts, and tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Ability to operate autonomously — proactively identifying issues, proposing solutions, and driving to resolution without heavy oversight
  • Strong stakeholder management — comfortable influencing without authority across senior and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Organizational excellence — ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with discipline and follow-through

It’s Great If You Have

  • Experience in online travel, e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or technology industries
  • Prior exposure to cross-company or cross-brand coordination within a multi-brand group or managing complex partnerships
  • Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Regional Operations
  • Experience with compliance or regulatory programs in a commercial context
  • Familiarity with partner program management — onboarding, incentives, analytics, and lifecycle
  • Experience designing or improving operational workflows and SOPs for commercial teams
  • Previous work as a bridge/liaison between organizations with different cultures, processes, and systems

Location

  • Bangkok, Thailand — Agoda headquarters
  • Regular collaboration with US-based stakeholders across time zones
  • Occasional travel for regional summits and team offsites
