The Opportunity:
As a Compensation & Benefits leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping a competitive and equitable total rewards strategy that supports our people and business goals. You’ll own compensation and benefits programs, provide data-driven insights to guide managers and decision making, and partner closely with HRBP, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to ensure our rewards offering remains competitive, effective, and aligned with our employee value proposition.
What You’ll Do:

Develop and manage the company's compensation philosophy, frameworks, and guidelines.

Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.

Lead the annual compensation review process.

Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation decisions, promotions, new hires, and internal transfers.

Own and continuously enhance our employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, life insurance, retirement/pension, flexible benefits, recognition programs, and other benefits.

Evaluate benefits competitiveness, employee utilization, and cost effectiveness.

Lead benefits renewals and vendor negotiations, partnering with brokers, insurers, and providers to ensure quality service and appropriate coverage.

Partner closely with Finance and Payroll on budgeting, forecasting, and employee cost management.

Work with HR Operations and HRIS teams to identify and implement C&B process improvements.

Communicate compensation and benefits programs clearly to employees and managers.

Lead, coach, and develop C&B team members, where applicable.
Required Qualifications:
-
7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, including hands-on experience managing compensation review cycles, conducting market benchmarking, and developing compensation guidelines, as well as overseeing benefits strategy and operations.

Experience with job architecture and job evaluation is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.

Great stakeholder management, able to engage in strategic discussions with senior management stakeholders.

Advanced Excel skills; good working knowledge of related tolls and systems.

Strong project management skills and sharp eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required.
