Roles and responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will center around project coordination and operations. Tasks may include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings across multiple time zones, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and decisions.
- Communicate and coordinate across time zones with globally distributed stakeholders
- Create and maintain project trackers with clear timelines, tasks, owners, and status updates.
- Proactively follow up on action items and dependencies to support on-time project delivery.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, deliverables, and other project artifacts.
- Own progress reporting for major projects, including preparing regular updates on milestones, risks, blockers, and next steps.
- Support project teams with day-to-day coordination and administrative activities as needed.
Requirements:
Willingness to participate in calls from 7:30 PM –10:00 PM Bangkok time (Mon - Thu).
- 6–12 months of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related role.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Basic project-management knowledge or training.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable following up with stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
- Comfortable working with project trackers, documentation, and collaboration tools.
