Are you an HR professional who excels at the intersection of operational excellence and strategic employee relations? We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to act as a key operational leader for our Mexico and US teams.
For us as a company, the Senior HR Generalist is one of the main actors in the operation, actively involved in all phases of the employee life cycle from pre-employment through post-employment, and contributes meaningfully to achieving departmental and organizational objectives.

🖥️ Reporting to: SR Global HR Operations Manager.
The Role: As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be the backbone of our HR operations. This isn’t just about administration; it’s about auditing, streamlining, and automating workflows to support a fast-paced workforce for Mexico and the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS Governance (ADP): Serve as the lead administrator for ADP, ensuring 100% data integrity for the Mexico, LATAM, and US workforces. This includes auditing the system regularly and implementing automated workflows for approvals, promotions, and transfers to eliminate manual bottlenecks.
- Compliance Expert: Manage US-specific requirements, including I-9 audits, personnel files, and leave administration (FMLA, ADA, PFL), being the main point of contact for resolution.
- End-to-End Employee Lifecycle: Manage and oversee all administrative phases from pre-employment (background checks, contracts) to offboarding. You will ensure that every transition is seamless, compliant, and documented within the global digital ecosystem.
- Advanced Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and ad-hoc reports on key people metrics such as turnover trends, headcount fluctuations, and diversity demographics to support data-driven decision-making for the SR Global HR Operations Manager.
- HR Ops & Workforce Readiness: Partner with operational leaders, managers, and HRBP to coordinate orientation and training schedules, tracking participation, ensuring that all mandatory compliance training is completed on time across different jurisdictions, and interpreting complex HR policies for a diverse workforce.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations/Coordination within multi-state or international environments.
- Full Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent English (written and spoken) is a strict requirement for global collaboration.
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency in ADP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of Mexico’s labor laws and US federal/state employment requirements.
