
Inmigration Paralegal
Job Summary
The primary mission of the Immigration Paralegal is to assist attorneys in navigating the complex world of immigration law, ensuring strict compliance with regulations, and providing comprehensive support to clients. Our Paralegal is an expert in immigration processes, delivering high-quality information with empathy and professionalism to ensure an outstanding service experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Case Management: Organize and maintain case files while monitoring strict deadlines. You must meet internal KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Document Preparation: Draft legal documents (declarations, motions, affidavits, and forms) with absolute accuracy to ensure successful filings.
- Client Advocacy & Interaction: Multi-channel communication to gather evidence and provide updates. You must be able to handle emotionally sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Operational Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and legal managers to report progress and identify potential bottlenecks, ensuring a smooth case flow.
Requirements & Qualifications
We are looking for service-oriented professionals with strong administrative rigor.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Psychology or related fields.
- English Level: C1 Advanced (Written, verbal, and reading proficiency).
- Essential: Proven experience in customer service, specifically working with vulnerable populations or in high-impact social environments.
