Senior Sales Executive - Freight Sales

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive to help scale our business by leveraging your existing relationships and bringing new, high-value customers into our network. This is a high-impact role where you can close big deals, move fast, and be part of something special—not just another cog in the wheel.
Responsibilities
As an early sales hire, you’ll drive revenue growth by building a pipeline of high-quality shippers, closing deals, and ensuring long-term customer success.
Meet & Exceed Sales Targets
- Source new shippers and build a pipeline of customers that fit the Aifleet profile.
- Conduct proactive outreach to secure meetings and bid opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from pricing strategy to securing premium rates over spot pricing.
- Ensure loads transition smoothly to the operations team for execution.
- Maintain and grow relationships with newly acquired shippers to secure ongoing and expanding business.
Collaborate & Optimize
- Work closely with operations to ensure new contracts align with fleet capacity and execution capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for strategic improvement, including customer targeting, pricing models, and sales processes.

- Freight Sales Expertise – You’ve successfully sold for an asset-based carrier and understand the industry inside and out.
- Proven Track Record – You have a history of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth.
- Deep Industry Network – You bring a pre-established book of business and a Rolodex of shippers who are ready to move freight. This isn’t a role for someone starting from scratch—we need someone who can hit the ground running.
