Engagement: Part-time contract role; benefits are not included.

Travel Requirement: International travel required to India 8+ times per year

AI Foundry is an AI building and consulting business working with some of the largest companies in the world. AI Foundry is partnered with a major global company operating across finance, consumer, and retail verticals, leading their AI efforts from the ground up.

The team is seeking builders who want to be part of something massive: designing and building multi-agent AI systems that will reshape how hundreds of millions of people interact with financial services, retail, insurance, and consumer products.

AI Foundry is looking for a Contract Recruiter to help open, source, screen, and coordinate searches across technical, product, operator, leadership, and specialized business roles. This role requires strong recruiting judgment, excellent candidate communication, and the ability to move quickly while keeping the bar high.

What You'll Do

  • Source candidates across AI, engineering, product, hardware, data center, operator, and leadership roles.
  • Partner with hiring owners to clarify role requirements, target profiles, search strategy, and candidate calibration.
  • Screen candidates for role fit, motivation, communication, and evidence of high-quality execution.
  • Manage candidate outreach, follow-up, scheduling, notes, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Create clear candidate summaries and search updates for hiring leaders.
  • Use LinkedIn, sourcing tools, referrals, research, and AI-assisted workflows to build strong pipelines.
  • Maintain a high-quality candidate experience across outreach, interviews, and follow-up.
  • Track open roles, duplicative openings, priorities, and status across fast-changing hiring needs.
  • Work with urgency while protecting the quality of the slate.

Who You Are

  • You have experience recruiting for technical, product, operator, or leadership roles.
  • You are strong at sourcing and can find candidates beyond the obvious keyword searches.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and hiring teams.
  • You are organized and keep pipeline data, notes, and next steps clean.
  • You can work from imperfect role information and help sharpen the search as you learn.
  • You have good judgment about candidate quality and can explain why someone is or is not a fit.
  • You move quickly and follow up reliably.
  • You are comfortable using AI tools to improve sourcing, research, summaries, and workflow management.
  • You are collaborative, direct, and low-ego with hiring managers.
  • You can handle multiple searches at once without losing track of details.
