Senior Product Designer, AIFT Enterprise

Job Overview

AIFT Enterprise is building next-generation B2B / enterprise security and safety products, including Vulcan and Cymetrics, combining AI-driven and traditional security technologies. 

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is equally strong in product UI/UX design and visual design for go-to-market purposes. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, identify real user problems, and also execute high-quality design work in a fast-moving startup environment. 

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our SaaS products for the APAC and GCC market, working closely with product, engineering, business, and marketing teams to bring complex enterprise solutions to life.

What You'll Do

• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive and scalable B2B product experiences.
• Own end-to-end product design workflows, including user journeys, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.
• Design high-quality visual assets for marketing and business purposes, such as landing pages, product visuals, sales materials, and feature highlights.
• Proactively identify design problems and usability gaps, and propose thoughtful, feasible design solutions backed by clear reasoning.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, UI components, and design patterns to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and clearly articulate design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale.
• Present design work to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate effectively.
• (Nice to have) Provide guidance, feedback, or mentorship to junior designers when needed.

 

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
• Strong experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS product design, with demonstrated design quality and depth.
• Proven ability to deliver both product UI/UX and visual / marketing-focused design.
• Solid understanding of design thinking, user-centered design processes, and problem-solving frameworks.
• Strong sense of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and detail, with a logical and structured design approach.
• Expertise in responsive web design and modern UI/UX best practices.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity, frequent iteration, and evolving requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present to different audiences.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive design decisions from problem discovery to solution delivery.
• Portfolio required, demonstrating both product design and visual design work. 

 

Plus (Nice to Have)

• Experience designing enterprise platforms, security products, or complex workflows.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or data-informed design decisions.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior designers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
