Senior Project Manager, AIFT Enterprise

Job Overview 

AIFT Enterprise is building next-generation B2B / enterprise security and safety products, including Vulcan and Cymetrics, combining AI-driven and traditional security technologies. 

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in software project management, data curation workflows, and cross-regional localization operations. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality localized data that directly supports ML model training, evaluation, and benchmarking. 

You will work at the intersection of product, AI/ML, engineering, and localization teams, owning delivery quality, execution excellence, and risk management in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end software, data curation, and localization projects for AI/ML use cases.
  • Lead and coordinate a localization team, including task planning, assignment, and progress tracking.
  • Define and enforce quality standards to ensure localized data is suitable for model training and evaluation.
  • Create onboarding materials and guidelines to enable localization contributors to deliver consistent, high-quality output.
  • Communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders across regions and time zones. 

 

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in software project management; experience with data curation or ML-related projects is a strong plus.
  • Ability to understand and explain data curation and basic ML concepts to non-technical contributors.
  • Strong experience in quality assurance, risk management, and project tracking.
  • Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup with ambiguity and rapid iteration. 

 

Plus (Nice to Have)

  • Experience leading localization or translation teams.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS or AI/ML products.
  • Additional language proficiency (e.g., Korean, Japanese, Arabic, SEA languages).
