We are seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable Registrar Operations Specialist to support consistent, compliant, and accurate Registrar operations across multiple campuses.

In this role, you will serve as a remote resource for campus teams and students, providing hands-on support with student records administration, Registrar processes, quality control, policy guidance, and training. You will play an important role in ensuring Registrar functions are completed accurately, consistently, and in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Key Duties

  • Execute Registrar operations for assigned campuses in accordance with institutional policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of student academic records, enrollment information, and official institutional records.
  • Support student lifecycle processes, including enrollment, registration, academic progress, status changes, transfers, leaves of absence, withdrawals, and graduations.
  • Monitor Registrar activities to ensure required tasks, reporting, and compliance deadlines are completed accurately and on time.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits to support data accuracy, process consistency, and compliance with institutional, accreditation, state, and federal requirements.
  • Serve as a resource for campus teams by providing guidance on Registrar policies, procedures, and student information systems.
  • Partner with campus and Home Office departments to support student success and ensure consistent Registrar operations across the organization.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of Registrar processes, documentation, training materials, and operational standards.
  • Participate in system implementations, testing, process improvements, and special projects.
  • Adapt to new systems, tools, and workflows as Registrar operations continue transitioning toward a more technology-enabled model.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of two years of Registrar experience required.
    • Experience within a support or multi-campus environment preferred.
    • Working knowledge of Title IV regulations, ACCSC accreditation standards, and Registrar compliance requirements.
    • Demonstrated understanding of FERPA requirements and best practices for safeguarding student education records.
    • Proficiency with Anthology or a comparable student information system required.
  • Skill Set:
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Strong process orientation with the ability to follow, document, evaluate, and improve operational workflows.
    • Adaptable and comfortable working through process changes, new technology, and evolving operational models.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across campus and Home Office teams.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
    • Willingness to work outside regular business hours as needed.
