Operations Lead

Position Summary:

AIO Logic is seeking a dynamic Operations Lead to join our fast-growing technology company focused on solving complex operational challenges for enterprise financial institutions. The role requires an individual adept at turning ambiguity into structure, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This person will manage the operational rhythm of the department, ensuring successful delivery without team burnout.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain operational plans, roadmaps, and capacity forecasts; proactively address resource gaps and bottlenecks.
  • Oversee execution against commitments, track progress, drive accountability through clear KPIs, and facilitate decision-making efficiently.
  • Manage department budget and staffing plans; collaborate with recruiting on key hires and ensure workload visibility across the team.
  • Set clear expectations for the team, provide direct and constructive feedback, and remove obstacles that hinder progress.
  • Keep leadership informed with transparent, data-driven reporting, ensuring no surprises in key discussions.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for consistent team execution and train others to adhere to them effectively.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in operational, program, or project management, or industrial/manufacturing engineering leadership, ideally in a high-velocity environment such as a startup or consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing complex, multi-workstream initiatives to successful completion.
  • Financial fluency, including the ability to build budgets from scratch, track them against forecasts, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Strong capacity-planning instincts, with the ability to strategically say "no" when necessary.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to identify and resolve problems independently.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operationally intense environments. A tech or software background is not required.
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday.
  • An MBA or similar credential.
  • Experience building or scaling a team from the ground up.

Compensation Disclosure

The salary range for this role is commensurate with experience, skills, and location, as detailed below. Salary ranges are provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws.

Salary Range

$115,000 - $165,000 USD
