Data Capabilities Strategy & Vision

  • Define and drive the roadmap for data solutions that enable business stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes.

  • Collaborate across business and technical teams to define priorities and success metrics.
  • Maintain a central repository of data requests, ensure alignment on priorities, and communicate progress clearly.
  • Manage demand across competing stakeholders, balancing strategic impact with resource availability.

Execution & Delivery

  • Oversee design, program development, and rollout of data and analytic capabilities in collaboration with engineering, analytics, and vendor teams.
  • Coordinate delivery across cross-functional contributors, ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
  • Implement incremental delivery models, measuring and communicating value created at each stage.

Continuous Improvement & Value Realization

  • Analyze adoption and outcomes of released solutions.
  • Collect user feedback, track usage, and refine features for continuous improvement.
  • Establish frameworks for measuring business impact.

Data Governance & Compliance

  • Support adherence to data governance, quality, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Partner with technology, legal, and business teams to ensure responsible data use.

What you're great at:

  • Strong understanding of data management, reporting, analytics, and product design principles.
  • Project management skills, including structuring initiatives, managing timelines and resources, and clearly communicating progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in SQL or equivalent query languages.

What we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in product management, data strategy, or analytics leadership, with at least 3 successful end-to-end data product or system deliveries.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Background in publishing, media, or event-driven businesses preferred.
  • Experience with customer data platforms or similar enterprise-scale data systems preferred.
  • Exposure to data governance, regulatory, or compliance frameworks preferred.

Our excellent total rewards package includes:

  • A remote workforce with staff based in NY, NJ, CT, MD, VA, PA, MA, RI, or Washington, DC, who meet in person for collaboration, training, strategic planning — and fun!
  • Generous paid time off and paid sick and safe leave
  • Flexible Work Schedule

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.
