About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Admin responsible for supporting our office's night-time operations in Bangalore, India. You will ensure that the office runs smoothly and is well-maintained during the evening shift. Reporting to the Global People Partner, you will be part of the lean and mighty Global People Team.
This role is a 6-12 month contract and is required to be on-site in our Bangalore office M-F with the hours of 6 PM IST - 3 AM IST (US Shift).
What You'll Do:
- Manage office operations:
- Responsible for managing office operations, vendors, and procurement duties. This role includes overseeing supplies, maintaining office equipment, maintenance, and supervising cleaning staff.
- Managing catering and transport vendors.
- Coordinate with staff:
- Work closely with staff members, communicating with them to ensure their needs are met and they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
- Assist with the on-site interviews of candidates for open positions.
- Handle administrative tasks:
- Handles various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, preparing reports, maintaining records, mailing, etc.
- Managing special projects as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of proven experience managing the logistics of a corporate office, including vendor relationships and procurement duties.
- 2+ years of proven experience with office management systems and procedures, back-office systems, and practices.
- Experience using standard office equipment (e.g. printer, scanner, mailing, etc.).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Extremely organized with high standards and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
